    Imagine waking up in a spacious room with a sea view, stepping out onto your private balcony as soft music fills the air. The best part? The private beach is right at your doorstep, with luxurious sunbeds perfectly spaced for total tranquility. I relished diving into the calm sea, followed by a delicious breakfast that catered to every taste-pure bliss!

    Views to to sea were beautiful, the room was spotless and beautiful. A safe box, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed available were an advantage.

    Luxurious hotel, private beach, with a fantastic private beach that provided plenty of space between the sturdy, good quality sunbeds, making it an oasis of calm in a bustling area.

    From the hotel's restaurant you have direct access to a "private" beach. Sun beds are free for the hotel guests and ridiculously expensive for anybody else - which pretty much means that only hotel's guests are in the area. As a result, you have on one side a packed beach, with sun beds and tons of people incredibly crowded and - in front of Dune - large spaces and a relaxed atmosphere. Sunny Beach is loooong (> 5 km) but this is possibly the best place to be once you get in the resort. Free wifi, free parking. Nothing special about the rooms/bathrooms - they fit with the price/stars hotel status. Nearby Nessebar is very nice for an evening visit (bus no. 1 will take you right there).

    Hotel has it's particularities, as noted by other reviewers: yes, you would see local guys coming there with Ferrari's and Porche's and with bodyguards around. Yes, staff has a distinctive dress code and attitude, which may annoy some people. It's not really hotel's fault, but here are some facts about Sunny Beach (in August): • it is extremely big and extremely crowded (lots and lots of teenagers - they probably enjoy it best here); • lots of algae in the sea... many people don't enter the sea at all for this reason.

    The hotel location was great and perfect in the art of customer interaction. Ate at Watermill, it's just a short walk away from the venue. Generally the service was excellent, the room was reasonably spacious with very comfy bed, wonderful view, as example.

    The hotel staff was uneducated.

    The private beach was a highlight, awesome for direct orders straight to the sunbed-a perfect touch for relaxation. The restaurant service stood out with its quick and friendly staff. Local fruits were a good addition to the breakfast menu. Some areas could benefit from better maintenance, and the noise levels at night from nearby activities might disturb light sleepers. Still, the location and overall friendliness were nice.

    There are hotels on Sunny Beach and there is The Dune.The one and only place to go. Perfect room and service,adorable prices.The highest class and the most beautiful smiles at the reception.Anytime again!

    Residence dune, free beach access is perfect location, just steps away from the beach. The twin room with a sea view was beautiful and comfortable. I loved the intimate feeling of the hotel. It's just the right size. The staff was friendly, and their beach access made everything so easy.
